Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Special Note Regarding Early Commencement of Services
If you have requested that services begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully provided the service and has only begun to perform the service after the consumer has given express consent and at the same time confirmed knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
